Our latest adventure was to head down to the Canyonlands of Utah. We slept in a tent on the ground that never before has seemed so hard as it was this time. :) The days, however, stretched gloriously out before us, filled with adventures such as discovering the most enormous, most clean pile of red sand I had ever seen. (George groveled in it for 40 minutes like a chicken taking a dust bath.) One of the canyons we were looking for never showed up so instead we drove for miles on a grated dirt road that kept twisting back further towards the next eruption of rainbow-striped rock. We never did find the end of it. Someday we'll go back on horses and ride until we find the heart of Utah which I'm sure was at the end of that road, sitting in a Tee-Pee. George had a most unfortunate case of the soupy-poops and so, much the astonishment of my propitious husband, was often walked in and out of the rocky terrain with nothing but a t-shirt and some shoes. However, because of this, we discovered several prime photo-shoot spots and, once our Boy had recovered himself, we had fun taking family pictures. :) We'd love you hear how you all are!!! loves, Rochelle, Nick, George and "Segunda"

Some good things
Here are some pictures of some of the lovely ladies in our family. If your face does not appear here, know that I would very much love to schedule a time to capture your wonderful smile! And, bytheway, we'll be adding to the list in August. We're having a girl!
love, Rochelle

George is growing up!
I was trying to find a way to comb George's hair other than a ridge in the middle of his head.:)
Sleeping is slowly but surely improving. It's gone from waking up every 45 min during the night to a few 5 hour stints recently! Wahoo!

Welcome, my various, many, and sundry siblings! This blog is created for the Connecting of Families and Individuals. It is not meant to replace long phone calls, personally addressed emails, or frequent and extensive in-person visits. Hopefully it will simply supplement such. Think of it like a sip of cool dinosaur blood (home-made tomato juice) to go with a bowl-full of fresh brown beans and a Toast Of (cheese melted on bread). Just a nice additive to already great things. Enriching. Extending. Etc!
Feel free to post daily comings and goings, fun pictures, videos, poems, navel-gazing, dissertations, knock knock jokes....anything that will share You and Your Current Self.
We hope you will!
